JINPAT LPMS series slip rings have added plastic casing products

Recently, JINPAT Electronics has updated the cover series slip rings. These models differ mainly in the shape, size and position of the rim. The biggest change to the new JINPAT HAT series slip rings is that the black plastic housing and main shaft have been replaced with peacock blue plastic, including the smaller diameter LPMS series slip rings.

After the LPMS series was updated, all products in the series now have plastic covers. Before the update of this series of products, the LPMS-05 series did not have plastic housings, because only one of JINPAT's 5-channel ultra-small products has a stainless steel housing, LPMS-05D, this product is only 5.5mm in diameter, which is The product has the smallest diameter, volume and weight among JINPAT standard slip rings.

In addition, JINPAT Electronics' brand new LPMS-YP series slip rings will also adopt new peacock blue plastic shell, which includes six products, the models are LPMS-04YP, LPMS-05YP, LPMS-06YP, LPMS-08YP, LPMS- 10YP, LPMS-12YP. The diameter tolerance of JINPAT LPMS-YP series ultra-micro slip rings is ±0.1mm, and the length tolerance is ±0.2mm. The slip ring length parameters do not include the length of the rotor drive box.

Although the unit price of ultra-small slide rings is very low, they are indispensable rotating conductive components in some precision instruments, consumer electronics, high-end toys or some fine microelectronic devices. To date, the total production of JINPAT LPMS series slip rings has reached approximately 5 million pieces. With more product models and scale influence, JINPAT has established an absolute market position in the field of ultra-miniature slip rings, and the market share of this kind of products ranks among the top slip ring manufacturers in the world.
