LPT010-0602 Slip Rings Through Bore
A slip ring can be used in any electromechanical system that requires continuous, unrestricted rotation while transferring power or data from a fixed structure to a rotating structure. The slip ring is also called the rotating electrical interface, collector, rotor or switch. The slip ring can improve system performance by simplifying operations and eliminating frayed wires dangling from moving connections.
